Our Classes

  • Get ready to feel the burn. This powerful class uses props like the Pilates ball, resistance bands and weights to target and tone your muscles. You’ll move with control, build lean muscle, and leave feeling defined from head to toe. Open to all levels, our SCULPT class has options to progress or regress, whichever suits you.

  • Leave feeling aligned in this classic reformer Pilates class. Designed with the beginner in mind, this class focuses on controlled movements and enhancing overall strength and mobility. This is a great low impact, yet full-body workout where you can go at your own pace. Options to progress are also available for the more advanced.

  • NEW!! NEW!! NEW!!

    Be prepared to break a sweat in our newest class on the block. This class combines classic reformer & mat exercises with intensity and weights to get you sweating. Think bootcamp meets reformer, but in the coolest way possible. Progress or regress, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

  • FRIDAYS ARE NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED. WE REPEAT, FRIDAYS ARE NOT FOR THE FAINT-HEARTED!!

    This class takes the benefits of pilates to the next level. Designed for the advanced client, our STRONG class puts your strength to the ultimate test. Be prepared for no springs, heavy weights and shaking limbs. Don't say we didn't warn you!

  • Get your Pilates FLOW on!!! What used to be balance, is now called FLOW. Designed with the beginner in mind, this class focuses on a classic reformer pilates flow. This is a great low impact, yet full-body workout where you can go at your own pace. Similarly to ALIGN, options to progress are also available for the more advanced.

  • Formerly known as mums & bubs, GROW is a class we have created just for parents (& grandparents too!) You’ll leave feeling refreshed after moving your body, in a space where judgement does not exist. Your instructor will guide you through the movement whilst your little one joins in with you, or sits beside you (depending on the day).

  • FORM, aka our introduction class, is designed for those who have never done reformer pilates before. As the name suggests, you will learn pilates form and movement principles. Taking you through the basics of how to activate your core, body positioning, moving on the machine etc, you’re guaranteed to leave feeling enlightened.

  • Reward yourself with a restorative experience that will leave you feeling completely renewed. This mild-intensity stretch class is designed to help you unwind. With calming music, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle stretches and mindful movements to lengthen your muscles and increase your range of motion.

    Due to popular demand we welcome CALM to our timetable. On the last Friday of every month, enjoy a very calming meditation/breathwork/sound healing session. You’ll leave feeling weightless, quiet minded and hopefully relaxed. Led by an expert in the field, your in the safest hands. tion
